Target Information
Poly ADP-Ribose Polymerase (PARP)는 산화형 니코틴아미드 아데닌 다이뉴클레오타이드(NAD)를 기질로 사용하여 다양한 핵 단백질 수용체에 ADP-ribose를 전달하는 반응을 촉매합니다. PARP의 85 kDa 안정 단편으로의 단백질 분해는 프로그램된 세포사멸(apoptosis)의 초기 지표이며, caspase CPP32 단백질에 의해 매개됩니다. 절단은 Adp216과 Gly217 사이에서 발생하며, 이는 종 간에 보존된 부위입니다.
