Target Information
NME1은 고전이성 세포에서 mRNA 전사 수준이 감소된 것으로 확인된 유전자입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A(NME1)와 B(NME2) 아이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견됩니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하며, NME1과 인접한 NME2 유전자의 공동 전사로 자연적으로 발생하는 NME1-NME2 융합 단백질을 생성합니다.
