Target Information
ACAP2는 Centaurin 계열의 수송 캐리어로, 세 개의 ANK 반복, Arf-GAP 도메인, BAR 도메인, PH 도메인을 포함합니다.
ACAP2는 ADP ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6)에 대한 GTPase-활성화 단백질(GAP)로 작용하며, PIP2 및 phosphatidic acid에 의해 GAP 활성이 자극됩니다.
ARF1에 대한 활성은 낮으며, ARF의 비활성 GDB 결합 상태로의 복귀를 조절합니다.
ACAP1과 함께 PDGF 유도성 dorsal membrane ruffle 형성을 억제하며, DNA 손상 시 ATM 또는 ATR에 의해 인산화됩니다.
광범위하게 발현되며, 폐에서 가장 높은 수준을 보입니다.
