• AA Sequence of recombinant protein:

• Preparation:
  Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human Eotaxin-3 (CCL26). Anti-hEotaxin-3 (CCL26)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

• Sandwich ELISA:
  To detect hEotaxin-3 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution), a concentration of 0.25–1.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required.
  This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human Eotaxin-3 (500-P156G) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant hEotaxin-3.

• Western Blot:
  To detect hEotaxin-3 by Western Blot analysis, this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1–0.2 µg/mL.
  Used with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for Recombinant hEotaxin-3 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Target Information

Eotaxin-3 (CCL26) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. Chemokines regulate migration and tissue localization of immune cells expressing their receptors.
Eotaxin-3 is chemotactic for eosinophils and basophils via CCR3 receptor binding. It is expressed in heart, lung, ovary, and IL-4–stimulated endothelial cells.
The gene encoding Eotaxin-3 is located on human chromosome 7. Eotaxin-3 induces cell migration at concentrations approximately 10-fold higher than Eotaxin.
