Preparation:
본 항체는 고순도의 재조합 인간 Eotaxin-3(CCL26)으로 면역된 염소 혈청에서 생산되었으며, 고정화된 Human Eotaxin-3(CCL26) 매트릭스를 이용한 친화 크로마토그래피로 정제되었습니다.
Sandwich ELISA:
100 µL/well 항체 용액 사용 시, 0.5–2.0 µg/mL 농도로 Human Eotaxin-3(CCL26)을 검출할 수 있습니다. PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human Eotaxin-3(CCL26)(500-P156GBt) 검출 항체와 함께 사용 시, 최소 0.2–0.4 ng/well의 재조합 단백질 검출이 가능합니다.
Western Blot:
Human Eotaxin-3(CCL26)을 검출하기 위해 0.1–0.2 µg/mL 농도로 사용합니다. 적절한 2차 항체와 함께 사용할 경우, 1.5–3.0 ng/lane 수준의 검출이 가능합니다(환원 또는 비환원 조건 모두 가능).
Target Information
Eotaxin-3(CCL26)은 CC chemokine 계열의 사이토카인으로, 호산구와 호염기구의 이동을 유도하며 CCR3 수용체에 결합하여 작용합니다. 심장, 폐, 난소 등 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, IL-4로 자극된 내피세포에서도 발현됩니다. 해당 유전자는 인간 염색체 7번에 위치합니다. Eotaxin-3은 Eotaxin보다 약 10배 높은 농도에서 세포 이동을 유도합니다.
