For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TLK2 (Tousled-like kinase 2) is a nuclear serine/threonine kinase involved in chromatin assembly regulation. It also participates in intracellular signaling, protein phosphorylation, cell cycle control, chromatin modification, and DNA damage response.
TLK2 activity peaks during S phase and is regulated by cell-cycle-dependent phosphorylation. DNA replication inhibition rapidly reduces TLK2 activity, showing its tight link to replication.
The enzyme is inactivated by phosphorylation at Ser-750, possibly by CHK1, and forms heterodimers with TLK1. TLK2 is expressed in fetal placenta, liver, kidney, pancreas, heart, skeletal muscle, and various adult cell lines.
