Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TCF12 (also known as HTF4) is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) E-protein family that recognizes the consensus E-box sequence (CANNTG).
It is expressed in multiple tissues including skeletal muscle, thymus, and lymphocytes, where it regulates lineage-specific gene expression through heterodimer formation with other bHLH E-proteins.
TCF12, in combination with E2A, plays a critical role in T cell differentiation and the development of invariant natural killer T cells.
