Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SDHAF1 (Succinate dehydrogenase complex assembly factor 1)
SDHAF1 is a mitochondrial protein essential for the assembly of the succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) complex (complex II) in the respiratory chain.
It does not physically associate with the complex in vivo but is required for its proper assembly.
Mutations in SDHAF1 are linked to SDH-defective infantile leukoencephalopathy (mitochondrial complex II deficiency).
Unlike SDHAF2, SDHAF1 is not considered a tumor suppressor.
