Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CD39 is a 70–100 kDa cell surface antigen expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, and T cell clones, with weak expression on granulocytes. It possesses intrinsic ecto-ATPase activity. Expression is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen.
