For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

Pellino proteins are a family of E3 ubiquitin ligases acting as upstream mediators in Toll-like receptor (TLR) pathways, leading to MAP kinase and transcription factor activation.
Pellino 1 is essential for interleukin-1-mediated signaling via interaction with the IRAK4–IRAK–TRAF6 complex, resulting in NF-κB activation.
As an E3 ubiquitin ligase, Pellino 1 catalyzes polyubiquitination of IRAK1 and is activated by phosphorylation from IRAK1, IRAK4, or IKK-related kinases (IKK-ε, TBK1).
Its activity is further modulated by ubiquitination and sumoylation.
