Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step.

Target Information
RNF20 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates chromosome structure by monoubiquitinating histone H2B. It selectively suppresses the expression of certain proto-oncogenes and growth-related genes by interfering with chromatin recruitment of transcription elongation factor SII (TFIIS).
Conversely, RNF20 positively regulates the p53 tumor suppressor and numerous histone H2A and H2B genes.
Together with the deubiquitinase USP44, RNF20 modulates stem cell differentiation by controlling H2B monoubiquitination.
