For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

IKBKE is an activator of nuclear factor-kappa-B (NF-κB). Overexpression of IKBKE has been observed in breast cancer cells, and suppression of IKBKE induces cell death.
NF-κB is a key transcription factor mediating immune and inflammatory responses. It is inhibited in the cytoplasm by IκB proteins, which are phosphorylated by the IKK complex (IKK-α, IKK-β, and IKK-γ).
IKKε (IKBKE) is a novel component of this complex and is essential for NF-κB activation by PMA and T cell receptors, but not by TNF-α or IL-1. IKKε expression is inducible by TNF-α, IL-1, and LPS.
