Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The S100A14 gene encodes a member of the S100 protein family containing an EF-hand calcium-binding motif. It is located in a cluster of S100 genes on chromosome 1. Reduced expression levels have been observed in cancerous tissues and are associated with metastasis, suggesting a potential tumor suppressor role.
