Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
Myosin is a hexameric ATPase cellular motor protein composed of two heavy chains, two nonphosphorylatable alkali light chains, and two phosphorylatable regulatory light chains. The MYL6B gene encodes a myosin alkali light chain expressed in both slow-twitch skeletal muscle and nonmuscle tissue.
