Product Specific Information
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
After antigen retrieval, incubate samples with the primary antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
A suggested positive control is Helicobacter pylori-infected tissue.
Target Information
Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is known to cause peptic ulcers and chronic gastritis in humans.
It is associated with duodenal ulcers and may be involved in the development of adenocarcinoma and low-grade lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue in the stomach.
It is a microaerophilic, gram-negative, helix-shaped bacterium with many diverse strains.
