Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
Nucleoporins are the main components of the nuclear pore complex (NPC) in eukaryotic cells. They mediate bidirectional trafficking of molecules such as mRNAs and proteins between the nucleus and cytoplasm. NUP155 does not contain the typical FG repeat sequences found in most vertebrate nucleoporins.
