Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

USP7 (also known as HAUSP) is a ubiquitin-specific protease that removes ubiquitin from substrate proteins.
It plays a crucial role in stabilizing proteins such as p53 by antagonizing Mdm2-mediated degradation.
HAUSP may function as a tumor suppressor by protecting p53 under stress conditions.
Additionally, HAUSP is implicated in oncogenic pathways involving Myc and E1A, potentially providing an alternative mechanism for cellular protection against oncogenic insults.
