Product Specific Information

ISA-3 단클론 항체는 인간 ICOS(Inducible COStimulatory molecule)에 반응합니다. ICOS는 T세포 활성화에 관여하며 CD28/CTLA-4 계열의 세 번째 멤버입니다. 활성화된 T세포에서 강력한 costimulatory 활성을 나타내며, B세포 및 형질세포 생성에 필수적입니다.

ISA-3 항체는 plate-bound 상태에서 T세포를 costimulate하여 IL-4, IL-5, IL-10 등의 사이토카인을 유도하지만 IL-2는 유도하지 않습니다.
C398.4A 항체는 인간 ICOS에 교차 반응하지만 ISA-3과 다른 epitope에 결합합니다.

ISA-3 항체는 Flow Cytometry 분석에 사용되며, 5 µL (0.06 µg)/test로 권장됩니다. PerCP-eFluor® 710은 PE-Cy5, PE-Cy5.5, PerCP-Cy5.5 대체로 사용 가능합니다. Blue laser(488 nm)로 여기되며 710 nm에서 방출됩니다. 권장 필터 구성은 685 LP dichroic mirror와 710/40 band pass filter입니다.

PerCP-eFluor® 710 결합 항체는 4°C에서 2% formaldehyde 처리 시 안정적입니다.
Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 710 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
