Description:
This TB01 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD57 (also known as HNK-1 and Leu-7), a 110-kDa cell surface glycoprotein expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and NK T cells.
Applications Reported:
The TB01 (TBO1) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
This antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.
Recommended usage: 5 µL (1 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test.
Excitation / Emission: 488 nm / 520 nm
Laser: Blue Laser
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered
Target Information
CD57, also known as HNK-1 and Leu-7, is an oligosaccharide antigenic determinant present on various polypeptides, lipids, and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans. Its function is poorly understood. CD57 is expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and NK T cells.
