They recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, providing high detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets.
Each lot is produced with a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, minimizing biological variability.

Target Information
Phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K, phospho PI3K) binds to activated (phosphorylated) protein-Tyr kinases via its SH2 domain, acting as an adapter that links the p110 catalytic unit to the plasma membrane.
Phospho PI3K is essential for insulin-stimulated glucose uptake and glycogen synthesis in insulin-sensitive tissues.
Upon insulin stimulation, it binds to IRS-1, coordinating cell growth, cell cycle entry, migration, and survival in response to growth factors and hormones.
