• 62 kDa 밴드를 검출하며, 이는 예측된 41 kDa보다 높게 나타남 (번역 후 변형에 의한 차이).

Target Information

c-Fos (FBJ murine osteosarcoma viral oncogene homolog)는 C-FOS 유전자에 의해 암호화된 세포성 원암유전자로, Fos 전사인자 패밀리에 속함.
c-Fos는 c-Jun과 이합체를 형성하여 Activator Protein-1 (AP-1) 전사인자를 구성하며, 이는 세포 신호전달, 증식, 분화에 관여하는 여러 유전자의 전사를 조절함.
성장 인자나 인슐린 등 다양한 자극에 의해 여러 부위에서 인산화되며, Thr232의 인산화는 ERK MAPK에 의해 조절되어 핵 내 위치 및 전사 활성에 영향을 줌.
