Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) contain seven transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins.
LGR4 is a member of this GPCR family (subfamily Orphan-A).
Expression has been observed in human brain, adrenal, heart, kidney, liver, skeletal muscle, ovary, pancreas, placenta, prostate, spleen, stomach, testis, thyroid, and spinal cord.
