For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

PDGFRA (platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha) is a cell surface receptor tyrosine kinase that binds PDGF family members, which act as mitogens for mesenchymal cells.
The receptor can form homodimers or heterodimers (with PDGFRB), depending on the bound ligand.
Knockout mouse studies show that PDGFRA is crucial for kidney development, as heterozygous mice display defective renal phenotypes.
