This antibody reacts weakly with mouse tissue.
Target Information
NQO1 is a member of the NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) family and acts as a cytoplasmic 2-electron reductase. This FAD-binding protein forms homodimers and reduces quinones to hydroquinones, preventing the formation of radical species. Altered expression of NQO1 has been observed in numerous tumors and is associated with Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
