Target Information
PTGES (Prostaglandin E Synthase) is a glutathione-dependent enzyme involved in prostaglandin E synthesis.
Its expression is induced by proinflammatory cytokine IL1B and can also be upregulated by tumor suppressor protein TP53, potentially participating in TP53-induced apoptosis.
