Product Specific Information
The 20LJS09 monoclonal antibody reacts with human interleukin (IL)-17AF heterodimer. It specifically recognizes IL-17AF and does not cross-react with IL-17A or IL-17F homodimers.
IL-17A and IL-17F are cytokines secreted by Th17 cells, gamma-delta T cells, and innate lymphoid cells. The IL-17AF heterodimer also signals through the IL-17RA/IL-17RC receptor complex, mediating immune responses at mucosal interfaces and found at lesion sites in inflammatory diseases such as IBD, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Applications Reported:
Used for intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Pre-titrated and tested on 10-day in vitro polarized Th17 cells. Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test in a final volume of 100 µL. Applicable to 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
Excitation/Emission:
488–561 nm / 578 nm
Compatible lasers: Blue, Green, Yellow-Green.
