The B8KN8R monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse interleukin (IL)-17AF heterodimer. It specifically binds IL-17AF without cross-reactivity to IL-17A or IL-17F homodimers.
IL-17A and IL-17F are cytokines secreted by Th17 cells, γδ T cells, and innate lymphoid cells. IL-17AF heterodimer signals through the IL-17RA/IL-17RC receptor complex, playing a role in mucosal immune responses and is associated with inflammatory diseases such as IBD, asthma, atopic dermatitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Applications Reported:

• Intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:

• Tested on Th17-polarized mouse splenocytes using the Intracellular Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product # 88-8824-00).
• Recommended usage ≤ 0.25 µg per test (100 µL final volume).
• Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
• Optimize antibody titration for best performance.

Target Information
