열 매개 항원 회복(heat-mediated antigen retrieval)을 권장합니다. 10mM citrate buffer(pH 6.0)에서 10분간 처리 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하십시오. 항원 회복 후, 1차 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시키는 것이 좋습니다. 권장되는 양성 대조군은 유방암 조직입니다.
