For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The ASF1B gene encodes a member of the H3/H4 histone chaperone protein family, similar to the anti-silencing function-1 gene in yeast. The encoded protein is a substrate of the tousled-like kinase family of cell cycle-regulated kinases and may play a key role in modulating nucleosome structure by maintaining a constant supply of histones at sites of nucleosome assembly.
