Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
DOK3 proteins act as adaptor or scaffolding proteins, providing docking platforms for multimolecular signaling complexes.
DOK3 negatively regulates JNK signaling in B-cells through interaction with INPP5D/SHIP1 and may modulate ABL1 function.
