Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD50 (intracellular adhesion molecule 3, ICAM-3)는 백혈구에 의해 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, LFA-1 integrin의 counter-receptor로 작용합니다.
ICAM-3는 T 세포와 항원제시세포 간의 접착을 매개하며, LFA-1의 ICAM-1 친화성을 조절하고 T 세포 활성화 및 증식을 유도합니다.
또한 ICAM-3는 면역 반응의 시작에 중요한 역할을 하며, CD209 (DC-SIGN)과 상호작용하여 수지상세포와 과립구 간의 신호 전달에 관여합니다.
