Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD50 (intracellular adhesion molecule 3, ICAM-3)는 백혈구에 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, 림프구 기능 관련 항원(LFA)-1 인테그린의 카운터 수용체로 작용합니다.
ICAM-3는 T 세포와 항원제시세포(APC) 간의 접착을 매개하며, LFA-1의 ICAM-1 친화도 조절 및 T 세포 활성화와 증식을 유도합니다.
또한, 수지상세포 특이적 ICAM-3 수용체(CD209/DC-SIGN)와 상호작용하여 면역반응 개시 및 수지상세포-호중구 간 신호전달에 관여합니다.
