Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF144B accepts ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (UBE2L3 and UBE2L6) and transfers it to target substrates such as LCMT2, promoting their degradation.
It induces apoptosis via a p53/TP53-dependent but caspase-independent mechanism. Overexpression may reduce the ubiquitin-dependent stability of BAX, a pro-apoptotic protein, leading to cell death protection, though it is not inherently anti-apoptotic.
