Target Information
Tyrosine phosphorylation plays a critical role in signal transduction from transmembrane receptors and in oncogene tyrosine kinase transformation. Antibodies that specifically recognize phosphorylated tyrosine residues are invaluable for studying tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and related biochemical pathways. The FITC-conjugated clone pY20 anti-phosphotyrosine antibody enables direct detection of P-Tyr proteins in immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical assays without the need for secondary antibodies.
