Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Neurofilaments are intermediate filament proteins found specifically in neurons, composed of three major subunits: NF-L, NF-M, and NF-H.
NF-L is the light (low molecular weight) subunit (~70 kDa), while NF-H is the heavy (high molecular weight) subunit (180–220 kDa).
These proteins are essential for maintaining neuronal caliber, and their expression is tissue-specific and developmentally regulated.
