- 1 µg/mL of MA5-45333 was sufficient for detection of Drosophila HSP70 using an indirect assay with rabbit anti-rat IgG and goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP.

이 단백질들은 세포 내 단백질 안정화, 신생 단백질의 접힘(folding) 조절, 그리고 ubiquitin-proteasome 경로에 관여합니다.
HSP70 유전자는 MHC class III 영역에 위치하며, 유사 단백질을 암호화하는 두 개의 근접 유전자와 함께 클러스터를 형성합니다.
