Product Specific Information
1 µg/mL of MA5-45338 was sufficient for detection of GRP170 in 20 µg of HEK293 lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 170 kDa.

HYOU1은 heat shock protein 70 패밀리에 속하며, 단백질 접힘 및 소포체(ER) 내 단백질 분비 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 단백질 발현 억제 시 세포사멸이 가속화되며, 저산소 조건에서 세포 보호 기능을 수행하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 특히 유방암 등 종양에서 발현이 증가하며, 종양 침습성과 관련이 있습니다. 이 단백질은 ER 및 미토콘드리아 모두에 위치하며, 세포질 내에서 housekeeping 기능을 수행합니다.
