Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs) play a critical role in intracellular vesicular trafficking. The protein encoded by this gene activates ARFs by accelerating the exchange of bound GDP for GTP and is involved in Golgi transport. It contains a Sec7 domain responsible for guanine-nucleotide exchange activity and brefeldin A inhibition.
