The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The membrane-associated protein encoded by the ABCB10 gene is a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily. ABC proteins transport various molecules across cellular membranes and are divided into seven subfamilies: ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and White. ABCB10 belongs to the MDR/TAP subfamily, which is involved in multidrug resistance. The function of this mitochondrial protein remains unknown.
