Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Guanylyl cyclases catalyze the conversion of GTP to cGMP and are classified into soluble and membrane forms.
Membrane guanylyl cyclases (A–F) are cell-surface receptors with:

  • Extracellular ligand-binding domain
  • Single transmembrane domain
  • Intracellular kinase-like and cyclase catalytic domains

GC-A and GC-B act as receptors for natriuretic peptides (atrial and brain types). NPR1 is a membrane-bound guanylate cyclase serving as the receptor for atrial and brain natriuretic peptides (ANP and BNP).
