Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The Leucine-rich repeat transmembrane neuronal proteins (LRRTMs) are expressed in the nervous system and play roles in synaptic differentiation. LRRTM1 and LRRTM2 are particularly potent at inducing presynaptic differentiation. Each LRRTM protein is a type I transmembrane protein with ten extracellular leucine-rich repeats and a short intracellular tail. LRRTM1 is maternally suppressed and paternally associated with handedness and schizophrenia.
