APO-1-1 (BMS151, IgG1)은 원래 클론 APO-1-3 (IgG3)의 아이소타입 변형으로, 면역조직화학에서 비특이적 반응이 적어 냉동 절편 및 cytospin 시료에 특히 유용합니다.
Flow Cytometry에서는 직접 염색용(BMS151FI) 또는 biotin-(strept-)avidin 시스템을 이용한 2단계 염색용(BMS151BT)으로 사용 가능합니다.
권장 농도는 비표지 항체 1–2 µg/mL, 표지 항체 1:20 희석이며 SKW6.4 세포에서 검증되었습니다.

Target Information
FAS (Fas, CD95, APO-1)은 TNFR(superfamily) 계열의 46 kDa 막관통 당단백질로, 세포 사멸 수용체 역할을 합니다. FAS 자극 시 FADD가 결합하여 DISC 복합체를 형성하고, caspase 활성화를 통해 apoptosis를 유도합니다. 또한 NF-κB, MAPK3/ERK1, MAPK8/JNK 경로를 활성화하여 세포 증식 신호 전달에도 관여합니다.
FAS/Fas ligand 시스템은 AIDS, 간염, 암 등 다양한 질환과 관련이 있으며, 항바이러스 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
