Product Specific Information
- A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45088 was sufficient for detection of HSP90α in 10 µg of HeLa lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
- Detects 90 kDa protein.
- Does not detect HSP90β.
Target Information

HSP90 is a 90 kDa protein highly expressed even under non-stress conditions and is associated with various intracellular proteins including steroid receptors, actin, tubulin, and kinases. HSP90 is essential for maintaining the structural integrity of certain steroid receptors, enabling ligand binding during receptor activation.
