Product Specific Information
- A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45087 detects HSP90α in 10 µg of HeLa lysate by ECL immunoblot using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as secondary antibody.
- Detects 90 kDa band.
- Does not detect HSP90 beta.
