MA3-030은 소, 인간, 생쥐 및 랫드 조직에서 brain nitric oxide synthase (bNOS), inducible NOS (iNOS), epithelial NOS (eNOS)를 검출합니다.
이 항체는 Western blot, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation 및 immunohistochemistry 실험에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서:
- IFN 및 LPS로 유도된 시료에서 약 130 kDa의 iNOS 밴드 검출
- bNOS를 발현하는 조직에서 약 155 kDa 밴드 검출
- eNOS를 발현하는 조직에서 약 140 kDa 밴드 검출
Immunohistochemical 염색 결과는 문헌에 보고된 패턴과 일치하며, 조직의 종류 및 NOS isoform의 위치에 따라 달라집니다.
MA3-030 항원의 면역원은 정제된 소 bNOS입니다.
Target Information
Nitric oxide synthase (NOS)는 아르기닌의 구아니딘 질소를 산화시켜 자유 라디칼 형태의 nitric oxide(NO)와 시트룰린을 생성합니다. 생성된 NO는 혈관 확장, 신경전달, 항종양 및 항병원체 활성 등 다양한 생리 기능에서 신호전달 물질로 작용합니다.
NOS는 세 가지 형태로 분류됩니다:
- nNOS (neuronal NOS, bNOS)
- iNOS (inducible NOS, mNOS)
- eNOS (endothelial NOS)
이 항체는 iNOS, bNOS 및 eNOS와 반응합니다.
