이 항체는 Calyculin A로 처리된 인간 A431 및 Jurkat 세포의 SDS-PAGE immunoblot에서 Arp2의 분자량(44 및 32 kDa*)에 해당하는 단백질을 검출합니다. Lambda phosphatase 처리 후에는 이러한 반응성이 관찰되지 않습니다.
