이 항체는 A431 + calyculin A 세포 용해물의 SDS-PAGE 면역블롯에서 인산화된 Akt의 분자량 약 60 kDa 단백질을 검출합니다.
유사한 결과는 calyculin A 처리된 인간 대동맥 내피세포, HeLa 세포, 토끼 비장 섬유아세포, 랫트 뇌하수체 세포에서도 관찰되었습니다.
Target Information
AKT1 (PKB alpha)는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로서 세포 생존을 조절합니다.
활성화된 효소는 아폽토시스를 억제하고 세포주기 진행을 촉진하며, 인슐린, PI3K, IGF1 등 다양한 성장 및 생존 인자에 의해 활성화됩니다.
