Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
The signal sequence receptor (SSR) is a glycosylated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane receptor associated with protein translocation across the ER membrane. SSR consists of two subunits: a 34-kDa glycoprotein encoded by this gene and a 22-kDa glycoprotein. Multiple mRNA species are generated due to complex alternative polyadenylation. This gene is notable for using arrays of non-canonical polyA signal sequences.
