- 재구성 시 100 µL 증류수를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 조제 권장
- Conjugation 실험용으로 사용할 경우, 추가 desalting 수행 권장

Target Information
ERCC1/XPF 엔도뉴클레아제 복합체는 DNA 손상 복구에서 중요한 역할을 하는 구조 특이적 효소 복합체입니다.
이 복합체는 다음과 같은 기능을 수행합니다:
- 자외선(UV)에 의해 유도된 손상 및 bulky chemical adducts의 NER (Nucleotide Excision Repair) 경로 참여
- DNA interstrand cross-link와 같은 유전독성 손상의 복구 및 재조합 복구 과정 관여
- XPG가 손상 부위의 3’ 절단을 수행하는 반면, ERCC1/XPF 복합체는 5’ 절단을 담당
- 부분적으로 처리된 재조합 중간체의 가공에도 관여할 것으로 추정됨
