For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
When using this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The signal sequence receptor (SSR) is a glycosylated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane receptor involved in protein translocation across the ER membrane.
It consists of two subunits: a 34-kD glycoprotein encoded by this gene and a 22-kD glycoprotein.
This gene produces multiple mRNA species through complex alternative polyadenylation and utilizes non-canonical polyA signal sequences.
